Montana is our General Manager! She is responsible for keeping everything running smoothly and making sure our customers have the best experience possible! She's married to her high school sweetheart, Brett Bolin and is the oldest daughter of Glen and Melissa Hubbard. She has one little girl named Bella who was born in 2022 and is the light of her life! Her entire life she has wanted to be a mom and Bella is truly a dream come true! Montana joined HPS in January of 2016 and became a partner in January 2021. "It's been really fun to be in business with my Dad over the past 8 years. My mom joined us at the dealership back in 2020 and it's been such a blessing to be partners with my parents and also still love each other! I think that's pretty rare when family and business mix together but we have always trusted each other and put family first so it just works for us!" Her favorite thing about working at HPS is the customer base. She stated "our industry brings in the best people who are all around just goodhearted people. Our customers become like family to me and hold a special place in my heart. There's nothing like a customer walking in that you haven't seen in a while and getting to catch up with them and how their family is doing." When she's not at work, you can find her spending time with her family! "I love spending time with my little family - even the simplest things are so exciting to Bella right now and it's so fun to watch her learn new things! She reminds me that the little things in life really are the big things!" She also enjoys running and working out, working in her flower gardens, and loves home decor! Her newest hobby is baking bread! You'll find her on the lake as much as possible during the hot summer months! Being part of the Hubbard family, she obviously grew up riding off-road but horseback riding was also a huge part of her childhood. "I used to be afraid to jump into the family business because I was worried people would think it was just handed to me since it's my family business. I got over that pretty quickly though because that is far from the truth! When I was in college, I got to go to my first Arctic Cat Dealer Show in Minneapolis with my dad. I remember being at that show and realizing that this is what I was meant to do! I truly love this business and will do whatever it takes to continue its success. Hubbard PowerSports is like this little sibling I've watched grow - it's a part of who we are and I honestly cannot see myself ever doing anything other than this. I love our customers and the people that work with us. We are like a big family - I thank God for each of them every day! I am really honored to be the second generation of Hubbard PowerSports - I've got big dreams for this I hope to accomplish but at the end of the day, above all, I hope my Dad is proud of what he's built and how I carry it on!"

Mark Haney is our Service Manager and the go to guy around Hubbard PowerSports! He's always ready and willing for whatever the day throws our way! He's been in the PowerSports industry professionally since 2006, riding since 1996, and hasn't looked back since! He's worked on several brands throughout his career and is a certified technician in multiple brands including all of our BRP products! Mark's upbeat and positive personality and demeanor ripples through not only our service department, but our entire staff! We are so thankful and blessed to have him on our team! Mark lives in Dardanelle, is married to Jasmine Haney, and has two sweet little girls, Paisley and Peyton Haney. He spends most of his time trying to keep his girls excited about life! You can almost always find their family out and about on some type of exciting adventure! In the summer months, you will find them on the lake, floating rivers in kayaks, or fishing on a pond bank. They stay busy in the winter while jeeping in the mountains, or in the seats of many different Powersports machines! Mark loves to go on motorcycle rides with his wife, Jasmine and his mom and dad! When  asked what his favorite thing about being part of the Hubbard PowerSports family was he said, "I would say my favorite thing about Hubbard Powersports is the product we move and the people we have to move it. It’s one thing to have the best product, but we back it up with the best people to make the entire process flawless. It's easy to come to work everyday when you're doing what you love! Being a part of this industry for almost 18 years, I’ve gotta say that Hubbards provides a great work environment."

Bryce was born and raised in Russellville. He's been on our staff for since Febuary of 2022 but has worked in parts for 7 years. He has been happily married for 11 years to his wife, Amanda Chilcoat. Bryce started as a delivery driver and moved up to Parts Professional for Mack and Volvo. His favorite part of working for Hubbard are the Staff Product Training Days! He really enjoys getting out and learning about all the awesome ways BRP moves across all terrains - water, On-Road and Off-Road. He also gets a kick out of being with coworkers outside the shop, and getting to know one another in a way that makes it feel like family. He fell in love with the on-road segment not long after he started with us and owns a Can-Am Ryker Sport 900 ACE he drives to work on a daily basis! He says it's a great first motorcycle and can really boogie when you want to! "As a drummer and an on-road guy, when I put that baby in Sport mode and let 'er rip, feels as good as when you play a favorite song and nail it on the first try" Bryce plays drums for the local band, Covington Creek. He's played shows all over Arkansas and is also a member of the worship team at New Life Church. Stop by or give Bryce a call for all your part and accessory needs!

Jeremy is the friendly face you see behind the Service counter! As a service advisor, he is responsible for writing service tickets, calling customers when the job is done, helping customers load and unload service units, schedule service appointments, and much more! Jeremy was born in Booneville, Arkansas. Shortly after he was born, his parents moved to another small vineyard town, called Altus, where he grew up and learned the ways of both a vigneron and vintner. As this was not his passion, he went out into the world and has developed many skills ranging from phlebotomy to auto parts and many things in between. On October 15, 2003 his son Elijah was born and it fundamentally changed who he was and how his life and decisions were made from that day on. 11 years later, he met the love of his life Joanna. Jeremy and Joanna were wed on a hot August day in 2015. Best friends and life long partners! Jeremy enjoys Jeeping with his son and spending time with his family. He also enjoys taking road trips with his wife. Floating the rivers is one of his favorite things to do with his wife and son! Jeremy said the best thing about working at Hubbard PowerSports is the culture. "It truly is a family atmosphere. We are a family providing a quality product and superior service. That's something to be proud of. "

Melville is one of the friendly faces you see behind our Service Counter! Melville is responsible for checking in and cashing out service customers, scheduling appointments, filing warranty claims and various other tasks throughout our dealership. Melville goes the extra mile for our customers every day! He and his wife moved to the Russellville area back in 2021 and we are so glad they did! Melville grew up in the small town of Quitman, Arkansas. He's married to his wife of 31 years, Diann Flowers. They have a 23 year old son, Troy. Their family loves watching sports and spending time together! They are big Arkansas Razorback fans. Woo Pig! Melville's son Troy plays baseball for his college in California. He and Diann enjoy traveling out west to watch Troy play when they can! They also have a fur pup named Max! He got the opportunity to purchase his dream motorcycle (Harley Davidson) in 2023 and loves to ride and spend time with his family during his free time! When asked what his favorite thing was about working at HPS he said, "Having worked manufacturing my whole career, HPS has certainly allowed me an opportunity I never dreamed of having. I enjoy the closeness we all have."

Jamie is one of our BRP-Certified Service Technicians here at Hubbard PowerSports. He may be one of the quieter staff members here, but he is loud when it comes to his skills! He has been hanging around here since 2020 and we wouldn’t have it any other way. Jamie is married to his wife, Sharon, and they have two children, Katelyn and Christopher, as well as two grandchildren, Ashlyn and JC. We can’t forget about their fur babies, Boudreaux and Daysha! In his free time, Jamie likes any kind of outdoor adventure. He enjoys trail riding, bicycling, hiking, fishing, and sight-seeing. When we asked him what he likes about working at Hubbard PowerSports, he said he enjoys the positive atmosphere, how family-oriented it is, and the accommodating and caring staff.

Robert is one of our Service Technicians! He worked with us for 5 years starting in 2014, pursued other things in 2019 and is back with us as of 2023! We’re so glad to have him back on our team! Robert was raised in Dover and has a 16 year old son named Robert Parker III. He’s one of 7 kids and has 3 dogs and four goats! Robert brings a lot of laughter and humor to our workplace! He’s one of the most thoughtful people you’ll ever meet and makes sure everyone around him feels special, especially on their birthdays! When he’s not at work, he enjoys spending time with his family. He loves to hunt, fish, trail ride, and loves to sit around a campfire and have a good time! He particularly loves riding motorcycles. His son Robert just got his first motorcycle and they’ve been enjoying time on the road together! Roberts favorite thing about working at Hubbard PowerSports is that “we are a family”. He also loves taking things that don’t run, and making them run! We’re so thankful to have Robert as a part of our Hubbard PowerSports family!

Andrew is 32 years old and from the tiny town of Havana! We're so glad to have him on our team! Andrew is a great addition to our staff and everyone loves how positive and hardworking he is! Andrew is one of our Assembly Technicians here at our dealership! He assembles units, installs accessories, and ensures the quality of machines before they go out the door! Andrew grew up riding ATV's all around Mount Magazine and is a lover of the great outdoors. Nothing makes him happier than hitting the trails with his friends! He strives to be outside as much as possible and when he's not exploring nature, you can find him surrounded by his amazing family and friends. He and his girlfriend Cydney have been dating for about 5 months! Andrew says "Life is all about making memories, and I'm all about soaking up every precious moment" "I love working for Hubbard. I've felt welcomed from day one and already feel like I'm part of a family. It's like a dream come true to be able to make a career of something I'm passionate about." - Andrew

To say Brooke is a member of our Sales and Finance Team would be an understatement! Brooke’s wide range of roles and skills around our dealership are too many to list! She does administrative tasks, accounting, can sell parts, and much more! She has been part of the Hubbard Crew since 2016 and specializes in Sales and Finance. Don’t let her long hair and pretty smile fool you, she knows her stuff when it comes to anything power sports and can keep up with the best of them! She is extremely knowledgeable about all of our segments and truly believes in our products and what we have to offer! She has two children, Aaliyah and Drake, and two grandchildren, Jayce and Ashton. When she’s not spending time with the grandkids, you can find her out on the trails in her Can-am Maverick X3 Turbo R or enjoying anything related to the Arkansas Razorbacks! Woo Pig! While she loves sports, you won’t catch her representing anything Oklahoma Sooners! Brooke is very high energy, super competitive, and one of the hardest working and loyal people you’ll ever meet. She goes above and beyond for all of our customers and has built strong relationships with many people who have walked through our doors over the years! We constantly get compliments on her unwavering level of customer service and her knowledge base. Her favorite thing about working at Hubbard PowerSports is, “we work hard.. really hard, but we have so much fun while we are doing it. It’s like coming to work with your family – we all pick at each other and joke around, but we also know how to get down to business and get things done for our customers.” One thing is for sure, it wouldn’t be the same without Brooke here at our dealership. We are so thankful for everything she does and don't know what we would do without her!

Zach's in the Sales & Finance Department and assists customers with unit information and the buying/financing process when they are ready to pull the trigger! He's always ready to help with whatever is needed or asked of him! He joined our team in March 2023 and has adapted and learned our products so quickly! Zach married his amazing wife Emily on June 16, 2018 and has a 2 year old little boy, (who Zach undoubtedly thinks is the greatest little guy in the world) Kamden James. The newest edition to their family, Kollins was born in February of 2024! She's full of life and her big brothers twin! Zach is also a dog dad to his sweet 5 year old Blue Heeler mix, Nash. Zach is a big family guy! He is the oldest, but the smallest of 3 brothers (Ethan and Kason). Kason is a high jumper for the Indoor National Champion Arkansas Razorbacks and Ethan played college baseball as well as several years of professional baseball in Texas. Zach grew up in the sports world and rode ATVs and dirt bikes with friends and family in Jonesboro, before moving to Hot Springs and shifting his hobbies to watercraft. Besides hanging out with his son Kamden EVERY chance he gets or having a getaway with his wife Emily, everyone who knows Zach, knows that golf is his passion! "I've played since I could walk and it has taken me all over the map! I played and was a part of a State Championship Lakeside High School (Hot Springs, AR), Central Baptist College/ Arkansas Tech University, and then went on to play professionally on multiple different tours/events across the United States." When asked about his favorite part of working at Hubbard PowerSports he said: "Without a doubt the best part about Hubbard PowerSports to me is how close everyone here is. It's more of a family environment and Glen and Missy make you feel a part of their family as soon as you join the team. I don't feel like I am waking up to go to work everyday, I'm going to hang around great people who have a common goal of delivering the best product and best customer service!"
